Hard to admit but Russians trick people almost same way, as in Russia and worst part they use advantages of people. For example you are Russian, you don't know much about Thailand and you just came from Russia, you got to used to pay realtor's commission and you have no idea that in Thailand, realtors do not charge one from tenants only land lord pays them, Russian realtors charge everyone ))) And it's actually not legal to take fee for that in Thailand, but is it matter for Russian people? Real estate in Thailand is cheap and really good. Most brand new buildings in Pattaya Thailand come with designer's furniture! Brand new apartment you can get in Pattaya from $25K, old from $10K. Amazing right?
With summer whole year long, with cheap food, cheap massage, cheap taxi what else do you need in this life my friends? hmmm you say, I'll tell you what. There is many people talk shit about Thailand, only tourists, because they've never actually rented an apartment in Thai, never bought any food or order services. People pay a lot for flight and tourism plan and they have no idea how actually everything cheap.

Everybody know about Thai massage and think it's the place where they can get sex after massage. Actually there is few places like this, but most places not like this. They do really go to school for massage and they really do this for living in Thailand! Many places. Once you settle down and rent apartment in Thailand you will notice - massage just about anywhere you go. Massage on main street, massage on the beach, massage inside of your building. That's cost usually $3. (I can imaging your face right now ))))

Every driving a scooter in Thailand is a lot of fun. No traffic, cheap on gas, cheap to rent (I paid under $3 a day). That's just amazing. Bikes all over there and you might be scared at the begging but than you realize, cars driving a lot safer than anywhere. Don't drive to fast first week or two and you never get in accident. City we lived is Pattaya. More tourists than in other cites, but also a lot of foreign people who stayed there to live there. By the way it's super easy to extend visa there, many choices, cheap too. It's not like making fake marriage or something like USA and Australia, NO!!! Everything is legal, for example the easiest way is called "Visa Run" cost anywhere $50-80 depends how many middle men involved. This way your Thai visa get addition 30 days and they fill up everything for you and even free dinner (not joke) ))
"Thailand for living" is best place for people with any online business. Everything cheap, good people
